Deleting your account

Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. It can't be undone.

  1. Click your name in the top corner, then Settings.
  2. Under Danger zone, click Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE and click Delete forever.

This permanently removes your account, detective name, saved games, scores, profile picture and any cases you bought. If you're a member, your membership is cancelled straight away and you won't be charged again.
