Presenting evidence to a suspect
Show someone the piece of evidence that contradicts their story.
- While questioning someone, choose an item from Present evidence… and click Show.
- Or, from Evidence, click Show to a suspect… under any card and choose who.
Most people only change their story when shown the specific evidence that contradicts it. Showing them something unrelated gets a shrug.
Tip Testimony counts as evidence too. What one suspect admits can be the thing that cracks another.
