Times fill in as you find evidence. Hollow markers are claims to doubt.
The Timeline starts with the few facts everyone agrees on and fills in as you find evidence and testimony with a time attached. Solid markers are facts; hollow ones are claims you have reason to doubt.
Tip Gaps are often more telling than entries. Who can't account for the ten minutes that matter?
